We went from London to Bath to look at the city on our bikes. There were three of us with various bike issues. We took the bikes into the shop and that staff with the beard even though very busy managed to temporarily lift all our issues. He provided top customer service and was very knowledgeable a genius

Amazing service and friendly very knowledgeable staff. They managed to fit me in last minute, on what was obviously a very busy day for them, to check a problem with my bike and get tight pedals off prior to me flying it to Spain for a comp. Loads of useful advice - went above and beyond. Will definitely be back, and recommend to my triathlon club. Top job, THANK YOU!!!
