This pertains to the Foodhall. Not as many offers and deals as Waitrose, nor as wide a range, but the quality is on par and often nicer. Great fresh produce and prepared meals. Excellent quality pastries, salads and lunchtime meals. Wines are stellar. Getting a bit busy now, with a queue at the entrance. However it does move quite quickly. Staff friendly and helpful.

Welcoming staff on door, fairly free flowing. Generally good stock levels, bar school wear (nationwide issue). Staff helpful and offered to check stock online. Toilets open and clean, relies on other customers being conscientious to wait and take turns using the narrow stairs down. Took a while to hunt down a till that was open to pay. Café was good, stonebaked pizzas were great
I usually visit M&S Bath for the café. Always greeted politely with a smile by all the very efficient staff. An extra shout out to a young lady I believe is named Freya. She more often than not remembers my usual order. Very impressive considering she must serve many different people every day.
Expensive but good british products. Italian products are actually English products not really Italian and also horrible, so if you are Italian don't buy from here if you don't want to throw them away. The bar lacks cleanliness, staff nice
Surprisingly M & S (as they unfortunately have rebranded) Foodhall was not as upscale as anticipated. For example, not a duck or pheasant to be found. Usually crowded but staff that have been well-trained in customer service help to alleviate confusion in trying to find that one item you need. Decent selection of drinks, cheeses, and bakery (bread). Waitrose and Icelandic are nearby alternatives.
