Great company and people. They went out of their way to fix a Luxury Bath shower that was installed by a local contractor that no longer works with Luxury Bath. The Bath Planet people were able to fix the issue and the shower now looks and works great. Thank you Bath Planet.

Everything about our remodel was perfect. The shower is gorgeous! The contractor went the extra mile to fix underlying problems left by the builder to make sure the structure was sound. The process was clean and everything was done right on time.

Our shower was leaking underneath the floor and the fiberglass had a trampoline effect. Instead of putting a band-aid on it we found BathPlanet on a Google search and a salesmen came to see is a couple days later. We also lived 2-1/2 hours away and Brian, the salesman, made the trip. We told him what color and additional features we were looking for and they had everything we needed. We got our order in and a few weeks later our contractor, Carlos Vasquez, came out. They told us at first it would be a 2 day project...Carlos (By himself) got it done in 1 day (Arrived around 8 am & was done by 5:30). Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing and just an all-around great guy. He cleaned up everything after he was done and we were able to use the shower after 24 hours. You may have to bite the bullet but you can’t go wrong with BathPlanet and their contractors.
