AJ was prompt for our consultation and did a good job explaining our options. He also explained if we did not like some of the options he provided for the floor or vanity we could purchase what we like and they would install them. It was not high pressure. He gave us an estimate for two bathrooms and will give us time to mull it over. It was also nice to know all products are produced in the USA and they offered a veteran discount.

We had a tricky bathtub/shower remodel due to narrow entryway access to our upstairs condo bathroom. This did not faze the Bath R Us folks. From the start, the owners and work crews cared to make a great impression, provide consistent communication along with high-quality products and excellent workmanship. Chad and all the Bath R Us representatives we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. They made this process as easy on our family as possible! (Renovations are stressful, seriously.) I am happy to recommend this company, and over the moon with my new tub and shower!

Fabulous experience. We contacted them on Wednesday and had design review and quote by end of day Friday. Kyle was on time very pleasant, knows his stuff and most importantly listened to us. Fully understood what we wanted, what was most important to us. When he provided the options, he walked us through the variables and made sure they fit our needs as well as the right match to our existing colors and styles. Even the contact portion of the visit was smooth and fully covered. So glad we decided to take the recommendation of our neighbor.

I recently contacted Bath R Us to get a consultation and quote. Setting up the appointment was super easy and Ben came to our house just a few days later. He was on time, polite, professional, and very easy to work with. The quote was prepared during his visit, and we made plans to renovate the tub, shower surround, vanity, and floor. Highly recommend! Update: Kenny and his crew completed our bathroom remodel today, and it looks fantastic! We were very pleased with his punctuality, work ethic, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to get the work done properly and as efficiently as possible. This company is customer focused and it shows!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Run go a different direction. You will regret choosing them. ONLY GIVING 5 STARS for their worker Doug who installed our new bathroom. He went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom was what we wanted and he absolutely deserves the 5 stars. BUT If I could give another rating just for the company, sadly I would only give 3 stars and wouldn’t recommend people to use this company. Ron the salesman wasn’t thorough in explaining what they do and what they don’t do. Because of this there were some issues during the process that were a huge headache. Including being lied too about a linen closet being put in. Straight told me it wasn’t possible when in the end, Doug handled it just fine. For the price tag we paid, i would’ve thought Baths r us would be more polished in the way they handle their business. Ultimately happy with the finished product but so exhausted from the process. Edit: here I am 2 months after paying a outrageous amount of money for bathroom and it still is not done. Run from this company!!!!!!!

Although the work to our bathroom has not been done yet, we are officially on the schedule! We met with Ben Luca a few weeks ago to get an initial estimate on a whole bathroom remodel. He was on time, very professional, and very patient with all of the questions we had. He got us a quote that day and made it clear he was there for us to answer any additional questions we had. We took a couple of weeks to look over our options and we had him come back out to the house to review more samples and answer our extensive list of additional questions. In the end, we were very happy with the options that Bath R Us provides and we signed our contract. We appreciate Ben's attention to detail, responsiveness and "no pressure" mindset. We are excited to get the project underway!
