Always great and attentive service. Our vet (Amelia) was familiar with our pet, and enquired as to how she was doing with her previous treatment from a while back. The nature of our visit (emergency last minute call requiring staples in leg) was urgent and we were booked into the next available slot, so the waiting time was zero. The lady at reception (name forgotten) was also helpful, friendly and conversational
