Horrible experience, with their awful service they completely spoiled a good family night. What started as an error on their side ended as a ruined night when they ignored us and refused to fix their own mistakes.

Ordered a large amount of food. The food arrived on time but we discovered there were some items missing. When we rang the restaurant we were told they will send the missing food in 30 minutes. We waited 2 hours and nothing arrived. When we called back they denied having told that they will send the missing food. They refused to send the missing food or refunding the money they took. Absolutely dishonest people. Also, orange chicken tasted like squids in jelly beans sauce. Just avoid it!

Placed a 60 order for food, there were 3 items missing. I called them straight away and they said they would send them in half an hour. Over one hour later I called them again because no one had showed up and the lady answering the phone quite rudely said those items were not included in the order and that they never said they would send them over. We’d even tipped the driver. Never again will they see our money.
