I'd contacted a few web designers when starting out; many didn't return calls or send information they promised, some were prohibitively expensive or tried to sell me on things I didn't want or need. Terry was helpful from the start, talking through what I envisioned and provided realistic advise on what I would and wouldn't need starting out. His quote was affordable and his response to emails prompt. Throughout the design process he was patient and accommodating, offering suggestions where needed. His initial design was almost exactly what I was looking for and after a few tweaks the finished website is prefect. I would recommend Hot Igloo to anyone looking for web design or hosting.

Definitely 5 stars. Terry was helpful, approachable, and informative. He went the extra mile compared to other web designers and very reasonable priced for what he did for me. I trust Terry and would highly recommend him.
Terry has done some work for me on various projects over the past year. I have found him to be easy to deal with and always willing to meet in person (important to me), he is also realistic about timescales and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with those little things that I don't know about or haven't thought of. Price structure is very very competitive too. ;-)
