Technician and optician seem nice and was friendly and knowledgeable. However an older woman who seem to maybe is the manager was very rude and didn't seem to want anyone in the store or asking questions. She is definitely loosing money for the shop. Felt so sorry for the technician who was trying her best to drum up business. Head office should take note. Also it cost nothing to smile especially in these times.

I had been giving wrong prescription (unbeknown to me) the optician at this branch was great and issued me with new prescription n glasses free when although I should have waited a year until next test was due. Couldn't recommend high enough
