Bathroom Installation Services have recently completed a full makeover of my bathroom and I am delighted with the results. I get very stressed about this type of work being completed in my house but it's been an absolute pleasure. The project required a wall being removed and the whole bathroom being extended. A new wall was put in, the room was fully plastered with new tiles (including floor tiles), paintwork, and full new suite was added. The room is transformed and looks amazing. From day 1 the service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the proposals being put in to a 3D virtual reality experience, and the end result is identical. The fitter Chris seems to be a master of many trades, with each element being completed to high standards with no short cuts taken. I was away for most of the project and Chris sent me photos each day of the progress made, and kept me in the loop with any queries or advice. He also went above and beyond to come over at weekends and evenings to discuss the final touches. I have a number of trades in my house at the moment who are doing other jobs and every single one of them has said it is the best tiling they have ever seen. As well as the workmanship the company seems to be very professionally run by Aaron, with excellent communication and response times, and full paperwork and guarantees. As you can see I couldn't be happier, and I could not recommend them any more highly.

We had our ensuite remodelled by the team and are really happy with the result. Aaron was great during our consultation, giving us ideas on how to use the space over Skype and sending detailed plans with the quote. Chris was excellent fitting our bathroom. He explained everything he was doing, fixed loads of issues that were already there and gave great ideas for any issues that came up. Our bathroom looks so much bigger and brighter now, we love it.

I wanted to renovate my two bathrooms & and approached Bathroom installation services to provide a survey and quote. Was impressed by their Google reviews and feedback hence I decided to approach them. During the initial enquiry I was asked if I preferred an online Survey or in person, which I opted for an in person survey. I was given a date 2 weeks after ( which I was happy with) and everything was handled very professionally. However, on the day of appointment, no one turned up on the agreed time, so I followed up with a call to the office & the lady confirmed, My appointment was in the diary & she is not sure why no one have turned up. She promised she will enquire and get back. After four hours, I followed up with a second call, to which I was told same message as above. Finally at the end of the day, I got a phone call saying apologies for the inconvenience & they are no longer doing in person surveys because of covid and they have e-mailed me about it ( which I haven't received) I found this very bizarre considering that few hours back the same lady told me my appointment details were on their diary & I should be expecting their surveyor! I very well appreciate its a very busy period for people in trade & sometimes promised appointments cant be kept. That is understandable and if that happens a quick note saying we cant make your appointment and re arrange it is all you need to do. Occasionally when you drop the ball, just be honest & say that- rather than making up an excuse. People will respect you for honesty I had to re arrange work meetings to be at home for this appointment- all to be told they are not coming & wasted 2 weeks.
