From my first showroom visit to the completion of my project, I have been very pleased with the staff of Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC. Other companies I had contacted stressed their speed, but had limited choices of colors and fixtures. I didn't want fast and boring - I wanted the best that my limited budget could afford, and the staff worked with me to ensure that that's exactly what I got! The Production Coordinator was onsite most of the time, and I had great confidence in both him and his two-man crew. They were pleasant, wore their masks consistently, cleaned up at the end of each workday, and were very patient with my anxious dog. I appreciated their attention to detail, and their willingness to listen to my concerns. And the results are even better than I had hoped for!

We obtained three quotes to remodel our small full bath, and they were the cheapest while allowing us to choose our materials. Other companies wanted to put in a cookie cutter bathroom with synthetic materials at a higher price. They were so easy to work with. They did a wonderful job, and always answered my questions. We are thrilled with the bathroom, and would use them again.

I recently hired Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC to remodel the main bathroom in my home and a half-bathroom in the basement. Both rooms were seriously in need of repairs and updates. From the initial discussion of the project, to the design and selection of finishes and materials being used, the staff made the process very easy. Demolition and construction was very quick. Even with surprises found in the original structure, the staff made the necessary corrections to avoid future problems. Design changes throughout the construction were implemented without any problems. The staff made minimal disruptions to my home during the remodeling process. The project was completed within the timeframe originally promised. I was left with an absolutely beautiful bathroom, which is larger and more functional than before. The half-bath in the basement is now functional as well as beautiful. The quality of work done by Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC was exceptional. I was impressed with John Sharpe, who as the project manager, kept me updated on the scheduling and progress of the project. His knowledge and expertise was demonstrated throughout the project. From the relationship that grew from this project, I now consider John as a good and valued friend.
