We had a very small space for the bathroom, and not a big budget, Ryan took care of everything, plumbing, electrical, we are very pleased with the result. We were told a time line and they kept to it, It looks great and is functional. Would use Bathroom Pro again. And in fact I have 2 more jobs waiting to do when finances permit. We found Ryan always returned our calls. I not sure why the bad reviews as this wasn't our experience at all.

Great company to work with. Actively recommend them to anyone asks me . The model of taking everything from design to installation is a real plus for renovators out there. They use great product.
Very satisfied with my newly renovated bathroom and laundry. I found all of their tradespeople extremely professional, respectful and mindful of the fact that I have two toddlers around the house. Ben and Ryan went out of their way to ensure we had the best design layout for our spaces and the quality of the products and their workmanship is very high. I would highly recommend Bathroom Pro to anyone looking for a stress-free, informative and top quality renovation project. I can't wait to deal with them when I renovate our kitchen!
This company Bathroom Pro priced my bathroom reno @ 35,000 GST. in April 2018. I had the same job done with exceptional results for 24,000GST by a more professional proactive company. Bathroom Pro did not return my calls, emails, and would not even enter into a negotiation. Do not use these guys, SHOP around! I think they have been liquidated since.

customer service is non existent so hate to think what the workmanship is like. I contacted them on a weekend, chased them up on Wednesday, she made an appointment for me and said is this time ok, in which I replied can we move it please, then guy contacts me saying see you soon. So she made the appointment anyway. Clearly they do not want my money so I am taking it elsewhere
