Headboard ordered through Amazon, didn't arrive on expected delivery date I phoned but line discontinued so I emailed. I had a reply straight away, order chased up and arrived 2 days later. Very pleased with headboard.

First headboard ordered via Amazon did not show up BUT when I contacted them they refunded the next day - I then re-ordered from them directly and the headboard was delivered 2 days later. Very impressed with the way Ali dealt with my concerns and would recommend.

Same as previous reviews. I ordered a headboard off Amazon, which has not arrived. I can’t track the order as courier company is unknown and there is no way to contact them.

Same as the last two reviews unfortunately. Order placed on Amazon for a headboard, never arrived. Phone number on their website is no longer in service, tried another one of their numbers which nobody answers. Tried emailing with no reply.
