The window fitting and sales experience were perfect and couldn't fault them on this aspect of it, but after a few months I noticed cracking around the caulking on the trim that they fitted. I contacted them to try and rectify the problem, as when paying over 4000 for Windows I don't expect slight cracking around them. To solve the problem would be a quick 10 minutes job to come back and reseal around the 2 problem windows with some new caulk but the managing director explained that next time I redecorated I should just fill it and paint over it myself. Excellent job up until the after sales once they've taken your money. It's not the fact that it's a quick job to do and I can do it myself but when paying alot of money for something you'd expect small issues to be resolved better than this.
