Went out to Costa but then decided at retail park to have lunch at M&S. Unfortunately all vegetarian sandwiches were out so had soup of the day, scone with clotted cream and nice piece of oreo cake with an Americano. Being 50% off ( eat out help out scheme) had a bargain and quality was high as always . And would definitely recommend as the girls served us both at the till and table were lovely and very friendly regardless being so busy.

went yesterday with my dad and daughter. There wasn't 1 x clean table, we had to try move someone else's dirty tray and dirty plates etc to somewhere suitable!! Then had to get napkins, squirt hand gel on and clean the table. We did not feel safe eating there, I thought there was rules and regulations to keep everyone Safe!!! cannot believe the member of staff brought our cutlery with no protection around it (such as a napkin) then attempted to put them down on the DIRTY table. Luckily I managed to stop her. Very very disappointed with m&s for letting this happen and we chose thereas we thought the customers safety would be given there best attention!! clearly not.

Good food. Friendly staff member on the door to monitor the queue. Sadly the staff here have decided not to wear masks/ face coverings while they are at work. Staff reported the company provide them with PPE but they have choose not to wear it.

Decent store but a bit misleading. The signage makes out it's a full blown M&S, but it's a food hall with a tiny clothing area within it. The front of the store when firdt walking in is too busy and needs some of the display arwas taking back. Cafè was ok, but just seemed a bit of a mish mash of departments to be honest.
