Beware. Bought online with these people. They took my money but still haven't delivered anything two months later. No contact. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. They appear to have another company called trade direct outlet. Trying to recover my money via PayPal.

Suffice it to say I am now taking sleep-pose to the small claims court to get back my 249 I paid for a damaged bed that I originally purchased in November. Promises of sending a replacement came to nothing despite endless phone calls and emails. From the last review this is not a one off incident. So let the long arm of the law deal with them!
