One of the best experience I’ve had in customer service in a long time. The sales rep Cliff took care of me for 6 hours. Made sure I had EXACTLY what I wanted. Took me through multiple test drives to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Chris the sales manager was understanding and helpful as well. As a first time car buyer he took his time to explain everything to me and made sure he could get me the very best possible rate I could. I was actually surprised at the work he did. The finance manager Marvin was very professional in explaining all the documents thoroughly. After all the paperwork was done, Trey, the Technology Expert took me through a step by step of all the cars features and how to use them. All in all this is a WONDERFUL dealership, with excellent staff & a professional environment.

Wonderful buying experience! Highly recommend this dealership. Once price was agreed on, I was given a breakdown of the cost. Did everything online/text and only had to sign when I came into the dealership, very smooth transaction & quick. Once I was done with the paperwork and before leaving the dealership, Trey, the tech person went over all the features of the car with me and made sure everything was set up and that I understood all the features before driving off. I had the pleasure of Dealing with Mr. Jonathan Chouest in the service department and he was very friendly and understanding in my needs of my vehicle. He even had them wash my vehicle that was In much need after my car repair. He Was very professional and He called and Checked in at all the times that he was suppose to when my car was in the repair shop. People that are Agents like him is one of the main reasons that l would ever go back. Because l couldn't give my hard earned money to a mean dealership with agent that was arrogant and rude!!! This is a part of my service package and kind agents are needed every where like Mr. Jonathan. I bought my Lexus from this Dealership and l stay have my car l put rims that actually up grade my car because l will not be purchasing a new bill until lm ready but the quality of my car is awesome. My daughter also had a blast taking pictures by the new inventory in the front. Yes l would have love to have driven off with this hot red sports car and my car that was there for repair but next time my daughter says to me!
