I purchased automatic door for my garage last year. and they give 10 years warranty for Door and 2 years warranty for Motors but motor have a some toruble while working I informed to the team elcardo team. Thery said our technical team will see that in day after tomorrow. but not come since now a days also very poor service and of elcardo and inefficient customer reposne please not purchase your doors thorugh there
