Yard done August 2016, sod instalation job done was horrible, ground not graded properly. Trees installed of very poor quality. Rocks installed was filled with dirt, crew had to come back and fix. Asked landscaper to return 2017 to replace dead trees. Still waiting, it is now June 2018, keep getting excuses. ( although they did look at job and declared 4-5 trees needed replacing in summer 2017. Because the ground was not properly graded before sod installation , yard is full of bumps and dips and makes mowing difficult and does not drain properly. The day sod installed, job was run by a teenager and crew were drinking beer. Do not recommend at all!!!
