Really excellent grilled fish stall which mystifyingly also sells cakes. This ikan bakar place is at a food court that is spacious and cooling. I like the pricing transparency, where they show price of the fish and you can even go and pick the fish you prefer and they would weigh it. The fish is not displayed but refrigerated which is good for hygiene. They butterfly the fish beautifully before seasoning and grilling. The siakap (sea bass) we had was so juicy and fresh. The squid (sotong tepung) is really good too. And the kailan with oyster sauce is fantastic. One thing for improvement is the cleanliness of the cutleries: it was still oily and we had to wash it with soap
