They sells useless products. Bought a blender used it only 3 times within 1 month it spoilt. Brought back to them all useless salesperson not entertaining at all. When ask for replacement one malay fellow say cannot and have to send it to manufacturer to check. When i ask how long it will take, that good for nothing fellow said don't know. After 1 week called them to check , 1 idiot fellow said don't know yet and if i want to know told me to call the manufacturer and check. Very useless and irresponsible works and bad customer service

the installer for my Samsung air conditioner is very rude calling me garbage bro instead of boss that uncle don't know how to respect me as the customer even though is on 2011/2012 I still remember until now I should scold him that time for rude behavior and attitude and that uncle should get fired immediately simple respect n manners is basic courtesy even though he only come to install im so upset and can't forget he call me that after all I'm as a customer should be treated that way if he can't be nice at least don't be rude

My wife went to Lionmas Selayang today and was treated very badly. First she was ridiculed for asking 2 HDMI cables coz only 1 is needed for our TV. Second, when the 2 cables were brought to her, only 1 was in a proper box and the other was just the cable. Third, the sales guy uttered several sarcastic remarks about the request to the cashier on why he had to go and find items others would not want to buy with my wife visibly standing near. When asked about the box, the sales person who is in his mid thirties said there is no box. Proceed to the cashier, the cashier refused to give receipt for the purchase while still talking on the phone, giving excuse that the sale requires no receipt. After insistence on the receipts she said that the system was down. System down? It is just a receipt. My wife went home with 2 HDMI cable, 1 without its box indicating suspicion that the cable may be either used cable or a reject and without receipt. Never going to go Lionmas anymore. Didnt want to to tick a star but if I dont, this review will not post.
