Don't go there at pasar borong maxis unless desperate, very worst service , don't know how to treat ppl, they thing they are king of Malaysia meanwhile you all have no money go there, first time I experienced such bad service especially from maxis to unexpected and awkward

Very good place..and it is the best maxis centre compare to other...I registered an OKU number here..they are giving me RM10 every month..the staff is very friendly..I went and ask other maxis center in eko cheras..they said cannot register an OKU number..they said there's no package for OKU...and maxis centre sunway velocity maluri also...but here they registered for me the OKU package for the hotlink postpaid 40..I will advice people who wants to do or register for OKU number.. please come here to maxis centre selayang

They have the worst MCO SOP ever. Even if the transaction process involve two person, both of you cannot go in at the same time. They want you to be separated, then swap and go in whenever they want. Super inefficient. Do not understand the rationale behind this stupid SOP. And the fact that you have to go in and out exposed us to more risk of getting infected. Absolutely ridiculous.

OMG. They are giving the best maxis service to you on the spot. May b it's only ONE maxis center than maxis KLCC. Easy parking. Easy problem solving. Tks to staff 'Syakilla' . She can talking nicely till you understand what's is (problem) going on. Hats off to my maxis.

We actually signed up a plan here, the staff is helpful la but a bit funny also because we planned to sign up a plan to get a new phone as it seems like my dad's phone couldn't function with the sim card. But the guy didn't actually get it and just tell us the sim card is okay, he helped to to check and all, he didn't push us to get a new phone also lol, very not hard sell type comparing to staff in other outlet. Anyway, it's overall a good experience here.
