Even though Mr. Kloss had a very nice and polite approach, explained me things about the car and let me have test drive; I'm really disappointed with this dealership. First of all when you we buying a car with Junge Stern garantie, you would expect that the car was very well checked and fixed. Then you face the reality: 1. tyres have wrong pressure when you start your test drive 2. known marco polo problem (blisters on the roof) wasn't even noticed and couldn't be fixed 3. The leisure battery almost dead 4. Broken drawer They did however agreed on fixing the leather part (see pics) and adding camping chairs and the table (which should have been there). Anyway this is not what I expect from Mercedes-Benz even when buying a used car. Since the wasn't 100 % ready and such little things were overlooked I wonder how shady is this business. Drove 4 hours in the car just to find this. Besides that - the dealership looks good and the approach was nice. Just giving you my point of view. Didn't buy the car.

We experienced a problem with our Mercedes whilst travelling back to UK from Poland. The garage immediately diagnosed the problem and said they would need to get a part and it would be ready in 2 days. They organised car hire for us. The next afternoon they contacted us to say the work had been completed and the car was ready for collection, Absolutely brilliant service AND as an added bonus the cost was much less than originally estimated. We are very grateful for their efficiency and are now home safely. Danke sehr. Mit freundlich Gruesse.
