I bought an i3 unseen in January 2021. Robbie was especially helpful keeping in excellent contact and providing detailed videos of the car inside and out. A couple of wee scratches were fixed without charge and delivery to Edinburgh organised within 48 hours of payment. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car remotely.

Chris Mellon was great. Very happy with my new (to me) BMW! I bought my vehicle remotely, and he certainly went the extra mile in keeping me up to date - with photos of it being loaded and great communication. The transport company they used (C.C.R.S) was also excellent. The flowers for my partner were a welcome surprise and a nice touch. I would highly recommend dealing with Chris - 5-stars to him! Melissa Irvine-Burns - who helped with the paperwork - was also great and very easy to deal with. I appreciated all of her help. The only reason this wasn’t 5-stars is that I was dealing with another salesman first, who was not quite as engaging and who mysteriously disappeared without explanation. I was speaking with the previous salesman one day, and the next day I was handed over to Chris! No idea why.

Staff are warm and welcoming and sales and service are as good as you would expect with typical Germanic (brand) efficiency without being forceful or pushy. The showroom is stunning and a pleasant place to be in although sadly the cafe area is obviously closed during the pandemic. Some dealerships in NI get some of these things right but Bavarian seem to succeed in getting everything right.

Clarke Whyte and Peter Clarke both went out of their way to answer my questions, keep me informed, ensure that the car I was buying without seeing would match my expectations, and even worked over a weekend in order to get the fastest delivery possible.
