Yet another fantastic experience at Baxter last weekend! Despite the weather Sam was super helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. He made the process easy and fun while simultaneously entertaining my toddler. Enrique was great at breaking down the financial portion and didn't make the deal a spiel. I'll be looking forward to my 3rd purchase!

Everything was to be expected with buying a truck, nothing out of line there. I found out on the first rain the truck literally leaks water. Pictures show the back corner of my headliner soaked, water comes out when you push into the headliner. Water also runs down the inside of the rear window in three different spots. Get everything set up to get this fixed only to find out there is no loaner available for me to drive. Suppose to get a call when one is available, over a week later still no call back from service. After I told my salesman about this, I received a call from a manager, stated he could get me a loaner no issue and would check with my service advisor to make sure the parts were in and call me back. Still no call back. This is what a 40K plus certified truck from Baxter looks like.

BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE! Found the car I had been searching for online and drove from Indiana to Nebraska to buy it! Will was great at helping me with the process and was amazing at addressing the all the questions I had. Will went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car before leaving. If I even buy another car, I will be more than willing to take the drive across the 3 states again just to purchase at Baxter!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Baxter!!! FIVE STAR stating! I’d give 10 if I could!! ! I went with my 80 year old dad shopping to get him something new. He’s hard of hearing and gets overwhelmed easily. Every person at Baxter especially our salesman Matthew Nerz, made my dad so relaxed and took time to explain and simplify what we needed to know. He helped us narrow it down, he made it quick and easy. No hassles, no back and forth. It was honestly the best experience we could of had! My dad shopped for days at other places and wasn’t happy. He said once he came here he knew he was in the right place. It’s just a better experience. The people are nicer, more patient, and you can just tell they care to get you in the right vehicle. Matthew has called to follow up and make sure we are happy and told us to call with any questions or concerns. And we know he means it! Thank you Baxter!!!

Matt Nerz offered one of the best car buying experience that I have ever had! He was professional and extremely courteous. He didn't pressure me, but instead allowed me to look at jeeps and then come to him with questions. When I finally found the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted he promptly brought the Jeep up front for me to drive. When I decided this was the one I wanted the buying process was quick and easy. All in all it was a smooth transaction. I will be returning to buy my next car from Matt Nerz and Baxter!

I got my truck in August of 2019. Since then it's had two recalls and one warranty related issue. This location is the only one I'll take my truck to. I have a Baxter CDJRF closer to me, in La Vista, but I'll still make the 20 minute drive to this location and work with Mike because the customer service I have always gotten here is the best I've gotten at a dealership, by far. I'll definitely keep bringing my truck here. When we upgrade my wife's Wrangler, we'll be bringing it here for service, too. Thanks guys!
