This place has the worst office staff ever. They continue to bill me for something that they should be billing my secondary insurance for. I have left six messages three of them with the billing department and three of them with the office manager. No one will return my call. I showed up today and conveniently no one was there. All I need to do is bill my insurance and they’ll get paid

Over a month ago I left a bad review and was called by the billing manager the same day that they billed my secondary insurance. As of today they still have not and are still billing me for over 2000. When I call I have to leave a message with Momin but never receive a call back. They will not let me speak to anyone if I show up at the office. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance today.

This place has the worst office staff. No one ever answers the phones or returns phone calls! Horrible!
I've been coming here for cardiology for several years. Always treated well. Dr is very caring.
