We recently (and quite expectedly) found ourselves in the position of moving during the pandemic from our place after 19 years. I didn't know where to begin to find a trusted mover, but went online late one evening, found "Angie's List" online and was quickly provided a list of a few local movers. Within minutes, we received a call from "Carlos Mora", the General Manager of Bay Area's Best Relocation Services. The quick call-back was impressive, but even more importantly, Carlos was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He reassured me that his team were professional, practiced social distancing and wore masks. He then provided me with a very reasonable quote. Let me tell you Carlos & his team did not disappoint! From start to finish Carlos and his team were efficient and productive. They went above and beyond to make our move the best that it could be, and we are truly grateful. If you need to move, I highly recommend you give this company your business! We are so happy to promote Bay Area's Best Relocation Services-- each mover deserves 5 stars, and Carlos exceeded our expectations with his professionalism, organizational know-how, strong work ethic and careful attention to detail. Bravo- truly the BEST!

Hired this company for local move. Carlos Mora and two other guys were my movers. I arranged my moving on July 30th 9AM, but Carlos rescheduled to 3pm. Then he showed up 6:30pm on July 30th. Then his crew were not able to move every items that they supported to move b/c he brought a small truck. Then he asking 350 for a small piano. He refused to move the piano to the living room (despite it is included in the piano moving fee), and my washer and dryer to the second floor. He promised to show up tomorrow (July 31st) at 3pm to move the reset of my stuff and finish up everything. On July31st, he didn't pick up the phone until 6pm and told me that he will show up by 7pm. Then he showed up 8:30pm. Then he refused to move my stuff and left. July 31st was my last day to leave and clean the house. I need to reschedule many stuff on Friday night. Despite my desperate situation, he just drove away with his guys leaving full of stuff behind. Then told me he would show up at 8am on Aug 1st. On Aug 1st 8am, he then as predicted didn't show up and didn't pick up the my phone call. I needed to hire others to finish the rest. On Aug 2nd I called and let him know that he missed two important items: 4 mattress supporting rods and a small GPU computer. He never called me back regarding these two missing items and never said sorry for what he had done. I needed to shop another bed frame and computer. His rate is 170/h (3 guys) with travel. It is never the cheap rate. He does promise speedy moving, but his crews were slow and not so careful of items. Lack of details, Late and no responses. Very much unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. Avoid this company at all cost. I am sharing my receipt. DO NOT HIRE HIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!! PS.I have requested a response for the missing items and sent certified letter to the business PO. Box that was written on the receipt, the came back because the box was closed. Again this business is bogus!

I hired Carlos’s company to move my STAIRMASTER from my parents home to my new apartment. Carlos and his team pulled up earlier then their scheduled time and waited patiently for me even after I was late. Carlos was super friendly and even moved other furniture out of the way (and put it back after) to get to my BIG GIANT STAIRMASTER of almost 500 lbs. Their team systematically and carefully moved my stairmaster which was not an easy task. They were super friendly and courteous. I was super anxious and worried about any damage, but Carlos kept me calm and told me it’s going to be all alright. Getting it into my apartment on 3rd floor was no easy task but they did it.. The toughest was getting it through my front door, but they even managed to get it through that. They even helped me figure out the best place to put it in my small apartment. They were the best and Carlos has definitely become my favourite go-to-guy if I ever need help with moving. I definitely recommend him to all. Carlos even fixed my shower head for free. The kindest gesture was when he was teaching my son how to fix the shower head along the way. A humble, kind and honest man, I recommend him to everyone who needs help with moving. Last but not least, Carlos beat everyone’s price (and I had called about 9 moving companies before I chose him). I hope people take this review into account when they are looking for a moving company. It doesn’t get better then this.

Great moving company. No stress. Highly recommend it. We moved with Carlos and his associates from Palo Alto to SF. Carlos' group was experienced, fast, and professional. They had no problem delivering our furniture despite the *25 degrees* incline of our new street in SF! Their packing was impeccable and Chris and Ness we're super up beat about the whole thing. They turned the stress of moving out into a breeze.
