Definitely recommend! Great service, fast, and accommodating! Louis Ritchie was on duty when I went into the showroom and he helped me pick out the most suitable flooring for my condo to replace the carpet from previous owners. He took into consideration my budget, desired aesthetic, and the most appropriate material for having a dog in the house. He offered several suggestions, one better than the next. Within a week he personally came out to measure my space, and a week after that three gentleman came for the install. They were very clean, friendly, and respectful. While they were here they ran into a few small hiccups with my sub-flooring. Louis came out to advise and resolve immediately. 10/10 highly recommend!

Excellent service, workmanship, and transparency! Louis was wonderful to work with and so responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, flexible, and nice! The price was competitive; this company is totally transparent - no hidden surprises. The crew manager, Nixon, was very knowledgeable and greatly helped find a solution to fix our un-level & bumpy concrete basement floor, and his crew was awesome too; the prep work (we had quite a bit!), the installation (and cleanup!), and results were outstanding. They installed our entire church basement with LVT - 5 classrooms, hallways, huge fellowship hall, steps area, and closets. HIGHLY highly recommend - no question about it!

Had an excellent flooring experience with Lou Rich and his team. His efforts exceeded my expectations and our textured carpet and vinyl plank floors look marvelous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with flooring needs.

I had a new wood floor laid in the kitchen and entry way and about 6 months there were boards that were showing raised wood areas. It took months to decide what they would do. They replaced 1 board as a trial as it is glued floor. The guy did a great job. So we decided to just remove the bad boards. So a top guy came out with another worker who was laying wood in my LR and he did 1 board and left for awhile. After he came back he said they would have to take up the whole floor. I talked to the manager and said this was unacceptable as my whole kitchen is new and there is no reason to take it up when the boards can be carefully removed and replaced. He said he would get back to me. In the meantime the floor installer left the 2nd guy in my house to finish the LR and he went out and slept in the. An for the remainder of the day. I honestly believe he did not want to do the replacements because it was to time consuming so he gave Dave an excuse to not finish. I did get a reduction in the. It's of the LR floor but the sleeping guy came back in to help move furniture and moved a curio cabinet that he let fall and so 10 of my precious moments figurines were broken. I have moved this curio many times and the items are tightly inside and never broke any so this lazy Guy was just careless. I will never buy anything from Bay Country again!

I can't speak for the person that gave a one star review for Bay Country Floors as there has yet to be a single part of the experience that I was disappointed in. The price for the hardwood floors was on par with three other places that did estimates on my home, but the sales folks at Bay Country took time to go over the reasons for the price unlike those other companies. The crew was respectful of my home and family, and came prepared to work on a rainy day with a canopy that they set up so that they would not have to stop in spite of a heavy downpour near the end of the work. The final product looks amazing, and was completed within a single day as was promised. I am thrilled with Bay Country Floors and will be recommending them to any that will listen.
