I was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I wouldn't go and haven't been in decades because of my fears. I can honestly say that Dr. Baker and his entire staff at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is SUPREME. From the beautiful ladies in the front desk, to the awesome staff in the back. They make you feel safe and comfortable. They are honest and care about the overall health of your mouth. You are not a number or a dollar sign to them. They treat you like family. Dr. Baker and staff..... Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. You have a patient for life.

They are always sensitive to my needs and when I have problems they rush to help me as soon as they can. The office is up to date and clean. The staff is the best. My time at Baypointe Dental was great. Dr. Barker is a really wonderful dentist, who is kind to his patients and makes sure that they know what they need for healthy teeth. Recently I got my wisdom teeth removed and the process could have not gone more smoothly. This also reflects on the staff who are very attentive and all know my name. Every time I come in they greet me like a friend rather than a patient. Especially after my procedure they made sure I knew everything I needed to know and made follow up calls. All in all a great dentist office!

Called and inquired about getting a tooth pulled. I was told between 150-250. I scheduled and appointment and upon getting there, did the X-rays and then was put in an exam room. The dr comes in and tells me there is no way to fill the small break in the tooth, I need a root canal and crown. To which another lady comes in and tells me 1250.00. I told her there’s no way I don’t have that kind of money. Then she comes back and tells me 750.00 to pull the tooth, this is after I’d already been told 150-250. I felt like I went to a shady mechanic. They pulled a bait and switch. Really shady Jimmy Ellis

Best Dentist/Practice Around! Not only was I greeted and treated in a respectful & professional manner, the staff was kind and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and assist me with my dental work. I was from out of town and had a complicated procedure that needed to be addressed. Dr. Barker took the time & explained what needed to be completed. I had to leave to go home but made sure that a second trip was booked so that only Dr. Barker would see this case to the end. I grew up with a dad that was a dentist so I am probably more selective than most in this department....but I have to say that Dr. Barker would make my dad very proud. There are still dentists out there that really care about what they do. Dr. Barker is one of them and commits himself 100% to ethically doing what is always in the best interest of the patient. Too bad I haven't found this good of a dentist in the East Coast!

The Hygienist was very good. The dentist was nice enough in our 5 minute conversation. The office manager was a troll. We came to this practice from a trusted dentist due to insurance requirements. The treatment plan was about 2000 for misc. work. We decided to get a second opinion from our previous dentist. We asked politely enough for a copy of our records for our old dentist to review. The office manager refused to provide our records. We informed that she was required by law to turn over our records. She told us not to come back. The resulting bill at our old dentist was 1000 dollars less than the estimate from Bay Pointe in spite of that fact that our insurance did not pay anything. She knew we wouldn't be back anyway once a professional saw her treatment plan.

HIGHLY recommend this place. Dr. Barker is amazing. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. The staff are all really friendly. Great atmosphere here. The best dentist in Jacksonville I've ever been to.

I recently moved to Saint Augustine and needed major dental work. I found Dr. Barker's office through my dental insurance program. This office is great. The staff is great. Dr. Barker and his associates are great. For me, there are certain criteria I look for in a dental office. They must supportive and sensitive to patients' needs, provide detailed explanations of your condition when needed, are good listeners, have reasonable dental fees, and have excellent follow-up. For me this is a great dental relationship.
