David has truly earned every 5 star review he receives. We have a lot of travertine tile flooring and we were asking not only for 10 years’ worth of wear and tear to be cleaned up, but we also wanted a different finish than what we had. David came out and did a sample area of the new finish for us to live with for a while so we could truly decide if that was what we wanted, which was super helpful. David was with us for 11 days (as expected) and I can tell you, he was a pleasure to have in our home— so meticulous and professional. The actual work is dust free and a lot quieter than you might imagine. There were no surprises— every day you knew exactly what he would be working on and what the next day’s plan was, so it was super easy to plan around any areas that would be off limits to us (and none for ever more than a single day). When he leaves for the day, you are free to walk on all surfaces. He truly has his process down to a science. At the end of the day, what you want are beautiful floors and on this front, David really delivers. You can tell he has studied his craft and he treats your flooring like it’s the most important project. Our floors look brand new and we couldn’t be happier.
