Have to give Crossbay 5 stars. I was an hour late to my appointment. Dave from sales still made time on his schedule to see me and got me on my new 2020 ninja 400 can't wait to start riding so I can go back to upgrade to something even faster. I highly recommend Crossbay motor sports. I just bought a grizzly 700 from them and the salesman Mac was very helpful and respectful on all my needs. Since he was so helpful to me I did not have a problem driving almost 2 hours to go there to buy the quad from them. I shopped around where I live in North Jersey and the salesman were not as respectful as Mac had a great experience with Crossbay motorsports. Thanks for everything looking forward to dealing with you guys in the future.
These guys are great. I just bought a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 from them. The sales guys were excellent. It was the first bike I was shown but I looked at about 4 others before buying it. Joe knew my riding history and was right on the money with what to replace my old bike with. The reason I’m there in the first place is the service department. I had owned a classic 1981 Honda CBX for the past 12 years. Dave, in Service has always been upfront, knowledgeable and honest with me. That is the real reason I go there.
Cross Bay is absolutely fantastic. They are patient, come up with financial options that work excellent for you, and more importantly they treat you with class. Very pleased and highly recommended.
