Not a professional, when conducting a home inspection three months after move in date, they brought their grandson into my home without my prior consent, then became very aggressive when I stated that he could stand in the entery way due to personal effects being out that could harm the child. They do not hire professionals to come to the residence and fix things, if you can get them to come out, when I moved in the hedges needed to be trimmed/maintained and instead of calling a professional her son came over and cut everything down, didn't clean up after himself. Be ware if you decide to move into one of thier properties.
