First time for me at Bay Willow Cattery and I was greeted by a very friendly owner, who is quite obviously a cat lover. This left me feeling very confident and happy that my two \boys\, would be well looked after. After collecting them today, I could tell very soon after getting them home that they were a lot less stressed then their previous stays at other local catteries. They have got straight back into their usual routines as if they'd never been away. This is a positive for me, as my cats are not usually very good with new people or surroundings. It was a pleasure to deal with Julie and I will definitely be going back again. Thoroughly recommend them........
