Very good! Friendly staff, food was perfect and somewhat less ordinary than other restaurants in Bayeux. Certainly recommend to eat here, just make sure you make a reservation in advance, the restaurant is not very big.

Merveilleux! Excellent food, excellent service, lovely location, passionate staff. Gluten-free options/ bread was available. Covid behaviours and hygienic ways of working were followed very thoroughly. We had a great evening - thanks a lot.
The wait is sometimes worth it! And boy we waited... more like stalked though graciously so. All in all probably an hour or so, really not horrible for 3 Americans who craved the #1 dining spot in Bayeux. We had had a long day, Paris scooter tour in the morning and Normandy-Omaha experience in the evening (after a 3 hour drive). Anyway, the pics may speak for themselves. The waitress and hostess were absolutely delightful and appreciated our enthusiasm. Each dish had culinary depths of flavor that made every nibble a pleasure. Thank you Rapiere!
Must make reservations! Wonderful restaurant, staff spoke English and also entertained our attempts at French. They were knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Food was delicious.
Wow. We've been in France for a week and a half, and this was the best meal yet. So many good flavors, excellent service, and great wine. A MUST try; not only in Bayueux, but in all of France
