I took my son for his two month checkup was not pleased with any of the staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never felt so judged in my life I was very upset when I left I will never go back.

We love this place. When you walk in it feels like a hospital instead of a clinic. Our doctor is amazing. We surprised them by bringing our son with us. We didn't expect him to be seen but they worked him right in with his sister. Our son is a little more hard headed about doctors but ours gained his trust immediately. We love this place.

Dr. Just is absolutely the most patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and most responsive physician I have ever worked with. As a patient, I never felt rushed, diagnoses were clearly described, and treatment felt very collaborative. After our initial appt, Dr. Just reached out to me to see if I had any questions/concerns about our meeting and my prescriptions. More recently, she assisted with coordinating care with my son's pediatrician in order for everyone in my family to get time sensitive medications. As I had previously mentioned, hands down the greatest physician I've been fortunate enough to work with. As for the nurses, front clerical staff, and facilities in general, I have no complaints. Everyone there was courteous, professional, and the structure appeared newly built and well maintained. I get the sense everyone there is happy with their positions and get along well with each other.

LOVE! Extremely warm, inviting and thorough. I was given excellent treatment from all staff from beginning to end. All my medical questions were answered, including excellent advice from my doctor. I was provided with detailed, thorough paperwork as well as explicit instructions as a guide to setting up my personal patient portal with my doctor. I was treated with such respect, down to simple warm day-to-day conversations. This location is top-notch and I am overjoyed that we have such an establishment here in South Austin!
