They are always rude at this location and consistently mess up orders. Today, I needed help cancelling a mobile order placed in error and in calling them they refused to help or point me in the right direction of how to do this. They hung up on me several times, and in my calling back the last response I received was “I’m busy right now” and another hang up. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Not to mention I still don’t know how to cancel this order. Update: I asked for franchise or manager contact info to escalate my concerns regarding my experience. She is refusing to provide it to me, so I asked if I could leave my information instead so a member of management can reach out to me. She said no, and hang up on me again. How this place is still in business is astounding.

Not a good morning for this store. It's took me 25mins to get my food. I was the 3rd person in line and the line was just not moving. The drive thru was busy but the inside wasn't. Not sure why it took so long except for not being organized. Maybe it was just an off day. The coffee was good and the roll ups were hot. I would stillll recommend this location when in bayonne. Restrooms are closed to the public.
Terrible service and staff. I arrived at 10:49 and I wanted to order ice cream. They told me they're closed with the ice cream station. I asked them why? if you close at 11? She wouldn't answer me and gave me an attitude so I asked for a manager and they said no manager. Asked for their names and all refused to give me their names. I wasn't being being rude just wanted to know why close your ice cream station so much earlier than your actual closing time? Terrible!
Everyone is nice. It seems to always be busy. I guess that is what happens with good service.
