I can’t believe it’s been two days and no dryer... I ordered a washing machine and a dryer, what’s crazy is the washing machine came next day. The dryer it’s been two days, and I ordered it online first! I waited for over an hour on the phone, just to speak to a manager. The manager Lorenzo said it will be there in a couple of hours. I’m very displeased, I even told him, if I don’t get it today, I want my money back, and you know what is even more crazy? I’m 1 block away! That whole staff needs to be fired, when I reached one associate, it was like they were playing hot potato with me. Never again will I even think about another delivery. Maybe they have something against dryers? I don’t even know.

Lowe's is a fine store. But over the past 4.5 months I have been trying to resolve a large financial mistake by Lowe's credit department. They did a extensive investigation and agreeded the charges were not mine. I was told several times my money would be refunded. I have been extremely patient. Yet I have not received a refund.

Came into cut a key asked for services Twice two different people they called over intercom twice no One Came they don't Care!! Terrible Service go to Home Depot. The Older Caucasian guy white hair in pro services cared less.
