I went in to purchase multiple mattresses. After seeing some of the prices it wasn’t in my range. Alan the sales rep. was extremely helpful. His personal was excellent. He gave a deal that I couldn’t refuse for 4 mattress and got them to me within 24 hours. I recommend if you are looking for a mattress please go visit this gentleman. He had me in and out the store within 30 minutes. I am a satisfied customer. I got my mattress and slept GREAT.

Great atmosphere and showroom. Modern day mattresses, Memory Foam mattresses and pillow tops. Caught the last day of a sale and paid half price for exACTly what I was looking for! Regular price of SLEEPYS' MEMORY FOAM CURVE MATTRESS FULL PRIME is 1,099.99. Paid 586.82 with tax and saved 531.99. The salesman was polite and attentive. Pick-up. Company "offers" 21 day trial period after which one can return the mattress if not satisfied. However, the customer is charged an extra 20%, for returning the mattress because it is now, "used". Nowhere, is this little tidbit implied, suggested, stated or written. On another day, another salesman informed me of this hidden policy - and that is just what's sneaky about this. It's an invisible policy that had I not been informed of, I would not pay. This policy is from this mattress company. It's not a store policy.

Salesman was super. I’d never actually bought a bed before so I wasn’t even sure what I was doing or if I was even in the right place as I needed more than just a mattress! So much to my relief you can get the base and box spring there too! Not kidding. I wasn’t sure when I walked in if they only sold mattresses! Overall great experience. Bed is being delivered on Sunday. Will add to this review after it arrives and gets set up.

This has to be the worst place ever I came in to purchase a mattress that I saw online , I went there and a employee name Christine ordered my mattress direct shipment to the store which she said will only take 3 to 5 days after one week I call to see what is going on a guy employee answer the phone and promise to find out what happen and call me back which he never did , the next day I physical went to the store to find out what is going on the women Christine looked at me and says you don't have your mattress yet , when she was fully aware what was going on she then proceeded to tell me NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE MATTRESS I ORDER IS DISCONTINUED how convenient, SHE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, AND CUSTOMERS SERVICE SHE SHOULD BE FIREDDDD , then they tried to get me to SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY ON ANOTHER MATTRESS, I ask for my money to be put back on my card card and still they was trying to sell me a more expensive mattress, I THINK THE OWNERS AND MANAGERS OF THIS MATTRESS FIRM REALLY NEED TO LOOK AT THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE , BECAUSE THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE
