Best gym in Baton Rouge hands down, Professor Kevin has built a great gym culture where anyone can be comfortable and feel safe training. Kevin’s BJJ knowledge is world class and all of the assistant instructors at Bayou are top notch and bring a variety of different styles and skill sets to their teaching. I’d highly recommend Bayou to anyone interested in jiu jitsu, this gym has been a great experience for me on every level for several years.
