We have just had our favourite 45yr old lounge suite reupholstered by Bayside Quality Furniture Restorations and we are delighted with the beautiful results. The workmanship is of a high standard with much attention paid to detail. This lounge suite has been reupholstered a number of times in the past by other upholsterers - but this is the best it's ever looked! I engaged Mitch to reupholster and restore 4 Chiswell dining chairs and 2 matching Chiswell carvers that were my Grandmothers and have been in the family for 50 years. Mitch was extremely communicative and explained the processes fully in relation to the quoted time frames. Was quoted 6 weeks and had the chairs back within about 3 weeks. My Grandmother saw the chairs when I brought them home and thought that they looked just as great as when she originally bought them. Thanks so much guys, and cannot recommend them enough.

Earlier this year we engaged Mitch from Bayside Quality Furniture Restorations to refurbish a number of pieces of furniture for us. Included was a beautiful old Chiffonier with bevelled mirror, a Lead Light Cabinet and a full height Cedar Bookcase. All pieces were restored beyond our expectations and now are beautiful features in our renovated home. They also recovered and restored two lounge suites which look better than new. A small timber side table has revealed grain which was not previously evident. Mitch and Scottie were a pleasure to deal with and attended to all our requests promptly. We would recommend this firm to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.

We have had 2 lounge suites re-covered by BQFR over the years. Both experiences have been excellent. Our first lounge suite was approx 6 years ago and the suite is still in excellent condition. Our most recent suite was covered about a month ago, perfect. The customer service provided by Mitch is very professional, his approach is gentle and completely customer focussed. Our lounges are stronger, cushions fuller and overall quality fantastic. Great range of fabrics to choose from, solid performance related advice is provided and excellent quality of products supplied ️️️️️ How lucky are we to have such a great company on our doorstep! I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service and how they went out of their way with providing advice and colour charts to ensure the best results. The service was extremely quick and I was given a time frame of 6 weeks and it was completed and delivered to my home in immaculate condition after two weeks. Very prompt service and exceptionally friendly with great interpersonal skills. Thanks again, VERY happy!!!
