Our family experience was the epitome of first-class dining. We were greeted by a nice young man near the podium, immediately seated us promptly at our booth. For the main attraction; our order was taken by our waitress, Jill who was spectacular & very customer-focused. Next, she brought our drink orders and the hot cheesy biscuits and took our lunch order. She was very thoughtful, confident, & transparent while injecting a little humor on the side to lighten the mood. She brought out my salad, which was fresh & crisp. We ordered an appetizer (Lobster pizza) which was very good & ordered our main course consisting of the shrimp trio plate for me & my wife ordered the lobster & salmon & finally, my daughter ordered chicken tenders. Our food was excellent. Jill was checking on us periodically without being intrusive. A special shout-out goes to the GM, Brandon Campbell coming around to our table and asks if everything was to our liking. He is an inspiration & a template for representation while conducting himself with dignity, humility & professionalism. In conclusion, each time I have come here the service gets better, the restaurant has consistently sustained quality & great food coupled with the ambiance as the icing on the cake.

Always delicious since they opened back on the 80's! Our server was very friendly, and, helpful! Of course, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits are still the best!
For once I was able to get the hubby to go on a date night and the food was awful...disappointing since we've always enjoyed it. My husband's steak was over cooked and my shrimp was rubbery and tasteless, plus it was cold, everything. The salad was edible, there's something. We didn't finish our meals and grabbed a burger on the way home.
These guys made some magic happen on Xmas Eve tonight. I gave the call center a very large order earlier in the day but apparently the restaurant doesn't get it until I actually arrive. This amazing staff put together a huge feast in less than 30 min with no warning! Shame on the call center and the ridiculous schedule pickup system. I hope this staff keeps up the hard work and the higher ups recognize their commitment to excellence.
I was so excited they finally opened back up only to be so disappointed . The food quality was just not the same at all! My husband's fried fish tasted like fish sticks out of the freezer. There is no longer a dinner salad it now counts as one of your side choices and it was very plain at that. I was just so disappointed. Now our server was excellent and the manager was out on the floor meeting and talking with customers ...I really liked that! Will give it several months and try one more time. Hopefully everything will get back to normal!!
