They have discontinued all past loyalty cards without even informing the customers. And have come up with a new marketing trick. Buy a 10000 bucks prepaid card and shop for 12000 bucks. They convince you by saying that discontinued cards can be used elsewhere. At the entry gate my carry bag was deposited. After i purchased 3kg goods worth 800 bucks, they refused to provide a carry bag, without charging for it. Company policy. I have to walk with 3kg weight from exit to entry gate to get my carry bag and they don't even regret this harassment. Their faces tell that they are company trained to behave in such a manner. Visit at your own risk. A local milk seller provided me with a carry bag on 35 rupees bread. Big bazaar has no Customer care, only company policy rules.

Situated on kala paththar road in Aditya mall. It has good collection of cloths and groceries. Also has big collection of shoes, sandals & Games.
In much better shape now in terms of inventory but still need to focus on groceries some items are still missing and the quality of fruits and vegetables were very poor. Nothing close to what it used to be previously.
Due to prime location and now adequately stocked up Big Bazaar for everyday shopping.
