Amazing experience! We were driving and found this place randomly on the map and decided to take a little detour. On the outside you wouldn’t expect much, but inside the owners have done a great job with the place. It’s decorated very elaborately and the food is amazing. We got a shrimp po-boy and it was out of this world. So simple yet so good. They also have a store and their own seasoning which was great. I would definitely recommend this place for any weary travelers like ourselves to stop by!

10 stars! I've been craving some real gumbo and fried seafood and we found it here. We ordered two samplers and a combo and it was over the top! Staff was amazing. They also have a fresh market so we picked up some of their home made desserts and hot sauce. What you pay for what you get is well worth this place. Next visit I am bringing an empty ice chest so I can get some shrimp to bring home. I live six hours away from it but I will be visiting here again and again.

My aunt and I like eating from this restaurant. The snacks, especially the pies and cookies, are colorful, soft, and delicious. The artwork on the wall outside provides elegant entertainment and makes you wonder. The alligator dressed up is a clever sight to see! These people always make us feel accepted.

We went to a market/dine-in place today off the beaten path. The food was SO good and authentic. We polished off a bottle of their hot sauce with our boudin balls, gator burger, Okra and stuffed crab. We also had a house made andouille sausage sandwich. We finally heard more of a french/cajun local accent. The people we so friendly and helpful. You can buy pretty much everything they cook there. So yummy! We bought some of their brand of homemade sauces too!
