Nicole was amazing. The workout provided just the right amount of meditation and relaxation while giving me a great workout. I'm loving that my shoulders and core are sore today! I will be taking Nicole's class again!

The facility is great! I’ve attended different practices with different instructors...they’re all great! Sally Warner is the early morning yogi and she’s one of the best! I’m 69 years old. Yoga keeps me fit & healthy. I walk out of there after class and feel so uplifted!

April’s Aerial Yoga classes are always a good time. She offers modifications for most of the poses to accommodate most every skill level. The front desk staff is most pleasant and very willing to assist you with any thing you need. The facility is clean and in good repair.
