My salesman, Joe, was outstanding. I appreciate the no pressure aspect during the many hours spent, over many days, showing me different vehicles and their options. He also, two weeks after I bought a car, is taking my phone calls to answer a questions about things that come up, ( like option operation ). He also set up a next day service appointment, ( including a ride home ), to take care of a couple of minor issues. Speaking of which, the service Manager came outside, to explain what they had done........ The Sales Manager, Cliff, was easy to negotiate with. No pressure, Fast and, I still believe he gave me a fair deal. The finance Manager , Nick, I think, was also great. He did not try and relentlessly force additional warranties on me. However, one big disappointment was the Bumper to Bumper warrantee, that comes from Ford, is not really Bumper to Bumper. For example, A headlight costs 4300.00 after one year. Not the implied Bumper to Bumper 4 year car, and 6 year drivetrain. If you want things like a 4300.00 headlight covered , It will be 2500.00 additional warrantee. I was also given the phone number, to an after market place, to fix a comfort problem with the front seat. I would expect that, with 49 miles on the car, they would have taken care of that. ......... But please, make no mistake about it, I love the car. The ride, power options are fantastic. The good things about ALL the people, I met there, are all a new experience for me. I would do the same deal again, recommend them and buy another vehicle from them.
