I am a full time RVer and stayed in many RV parks. Not impressed with the park. It is need of some attention and regular maintenance. It is too expensive for a stay shorter than a month and paying electric is tacked on. The back entrance is chained closed for some reason. Very tight to park rig and get around. Right on top of neighbors. The office personnel was very friendly.

very nice folks that run this RV. park. Right across the street from bay with beautiful sunrises. the customer service is great. they spent 2 hours with us trying to connect our TV. New RV so we had no idea. They did a great job.

We have a very Eccentric Older RV, which nothing is broken on, lots of upgrades and completely remodeled... She is Blu, and has an Ocean painting on the side... she is Vinyl wrapped in Blue from previous owners... we tried several places and this park and 1 other one let us stay and would of done month long stay... Beacon was super nice and helpful!! The location is Great!! It is right across from the water!! Only negative is no pool... but the beach is about 5 minutes away! We appreciate them accepting us as we haven't had this problem yet and were exhausted from not being able to find a place... I deff reccomend the beacon for shorter stays and their other locations EZ livin for longer stays tons of shade and bigger spaces... we deff would come back to this location!

Small park. Very nice management, very friendly people there, spent 4 months there, enjoyed it all. Fishing abounds in the area. Will be back.
