My roommate and I have rented with beacon street properties for two years now. (2 locations). After our first year, we were so impressed with not only the efficiency, but the kindness of our landlords that we had no questions about signing on again. Everything was taken care of from day 1. Maintenance is always addressed in a timely manner and anytime you call, whoever is on the other line is happy to help however they can! We will definitely be renting again and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a great home!
