I've lived at Beacon Village for the past three and a half years, and I do enjoy it here. I've stayed in two different units, first a studio and currently a two bedroom. While the building I'm in now is a bit older than the first building I lived in and has some water issues, maintenance is always very quick to respond to any problems that I've had, even after hours. Every employee I've encountered is very friendly, especially everyone in the front office. They're attentive and always willing to help with any issues I may have. There are two pools in this complex; one more \kid friendly\ next to a playground and one that feels more geared towards adults, which is nice if you don't want to be around a bunch of kids on a day off. The complex is in a great location. It's close to the highway, with a grocery store right down the street. Yes, rent is a bit expensive, but it's not bad when you look at the other options in the area, especially since heat and water are included. I've had a very positive experience here, which is why I've stuck around year after year.

The vicinity is nice, but the management is terrible. It will take days for the management to get someone to fix even the smallest of issues and you need to keep following up to get things moving. They show no signs of responsibility.
I don't live here but I've visited several times. Seems like a good place. Sometimes the pond has ducks which is nice. Stayed at Kev's place. It was pretty cool. Nice carpets. There was a poster from the movie \Vertigo\ on the ground. Classic movie but belongs on the wall. The spacious porch almost made up for the movie poster being on the floor. Also, I stayed the night and had a very vivid/scary dream which I did not like. I don't know if I'll be coming back again because of this, but I guess this is probably something out of the apartment complex's control. Overall a good experience and I think I would recommend.
UPDATE: The office helped us move out to a 2nd floor, it's much better now. They do whatever they can to help when you need it. The parking still limited. The place is beautiful and have everything you need but the problem is... If you will live in the first floor you can hear some noises. To park your car here you need sticker, but a lot of cars don't have it and that is okay. I work late and I never have spot near my house.
Terrible place to live! I still live here but counting the hours to leave! Apartments are old, you can hear your neighbors walking around, it doesn’t have rule at all! Live here and after that you tell me!
