Don't give beals a 500 deposit until you have sold your house, I was getting my dream home from Welton & the next week they sold it to some one in a better position than me, it took them 2 mins to take my money & 3 weeks to get my money back, it's just a con don't fall for it.

Brilliant company, until you move in and they’ve got your money. Since I’ve moved into my house I’ve had nothing but problems, and have to constantly chase them for a reply never mind solutions. I’ve been chasing them for over 8 months now about fixing the mess they’ve made, but now find that they never get back to me, like they say they will. I would never again let them on my property to sort something and have resulted to get their mess ups sorted personally and not bother getting in touch with them. I would tell all my friends, family and everyone else to not waste your time.
