Just started using Beal for our workshop supplies. The service and knowledge of the staff is excellent and always very pleasant on the phone. I recently had to send a piece of kit back under warranty. I posted it on a Tuesday night and had an email confirmation and credit by 11.14 on Wednesday. Great service in resolving this and this is why we should all buy from smaller independent companies. To keep this sort of industry and good old fashioned service going. Thankyou Beal i will be ordering more from you in the future
