What a great team operating this faculty! They are passionate to grow organics herbs for all consumers! Fun team to work with. They are leaders in the herb industry!

The herbs are a nightmare to deal with. They come infested with fungus gnat flies and thrips in the soil!! I did not know and now all my other herbs are infested as well! I spend hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of them and finally the flies are gone but thrips are extremely hard to get rid of. AVOID FREEMAN HERBS!!!

Shambolic company, staff are rude (specifically someone on the sales team names Debbie) and the quality of the plants are terrible. There are much better growers in Niagara that know how to conduct themselves professionally. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

There are many issues with this company, the main and foremost problem is the lack of experience in leadership from the top of the chain, all the way down. As with many businesses that don't have the leadership skills and attention to detail to run a successful brand, there is a huge turnover in staff and the end result is a poor quality product. From my last visit to the facility it's clear that there is an atmosphere of 'not caring' on behalf of many employees due to the way management/supervisors and team leaders treat their employees. Training usually consists of threats that if xyz is not completed, you won't have a job tomorrow. The way seasonal workers from Mexico are treated and threatened is borderline human rights violation. Staff feels terrible that the Mexicans are not in a position to talk back and voice their issues for fear of retribution by Andrew, Rick, Chris and management. When you tour the facilities at first, it appears (from a vendor point of view) and if you were a potential client taking a tour who pays attention to detail, disorganized and stressful. Even though management tries to put on a good show when outsiders visit. It's an illusion. The product(s) are usually of quality but from my understanding, there have been quality control issues in the past (and recently) as well. Perhaps due to the fact that this company is more 'reactive' than proactive. Perhaps take care of your staff and perhaps they will better focus on taking care of your product, with a positive approach, in a positive environment.

Unbelievably nice plants, actually much better than you'll get from your local nursery. We get them thru Trader Joe's here in the USA.
